I enjoy making shawls. I gift them to our local retirement homes and senior centers. They're great projects to work on while watching TV if you choose a stitch pattern that doesn't require total concentration. I personally don't wear them in public, though I have a couple of oversized shawls I enjoy wrapping up in on a cool evening.

I'm hoping to have the pattern for this lovely out on the blog in the next couple of weeks. The Wool in the Woods Duet is incredibly soft and light for a worsted weight cotton yarn. Working this project with an 8mm hook really moved it along quickly too.

Subscribe to the blog or watch my Ravelry page for the pattern release so you can make one for yourself!

Have A Happy Day!
