Tunisian Diagonal Lattice Stitch

The Tunisian Diagonal Lattice Stitch (TDLS) is made with the Tunisian Simple Stitch-2 together over a 2 row repeat. It creates a slightly textured fabric with delicate features. It has a slight curl and tends to pull towards the center of the fabric. A loose tension is recommended.

A Video tutorial for the Diagonal Lattice Stitch is available from Hookloopsarah Crochet

Begin with a Foundation Row:

Chain any even quantity, beginning in the 2nd chain from the hook, pull up a loop in each chain. Basic return pass.
